Featuring our Direct Oceanfront 3-Bedroom Condo

FAQ's

Can we see the ocean from our condo?
YES, our condo has a DIRECT OCEANFRONT location. It is only 25 feet from the shore! You will be amazed by the wonderful views of the ocean from the condo and your private lanai. On the horizon are the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i. You really can't get any closer to the ocean.

Does your condo have a beach?
We have a seasonal beach. Usually we have a sandy beach, but the size varies with the ocean conditions. The shoreline in front of the resort is always scenic. Our shoreline is excellent for snorkeling. For a larger beach, you might consider: a 2 minute walk to Kahana Beach; Napili and Kapalua beaches are a 5 minute drive north; Kahekili Beach Park and Kaanapali are a 5 minute drive south.

What supplies are in the condo when we arrive?
The condo is delivered clean with fresh linens, towels, and beach towels to accommodate your group. There will also be dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, toilet tissue, paper towels, and garbage bags. These items are not replenished.

What is in the kitchen?
The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, silverware, cutlery, tools, pots and pans, and utensils. There is an oven, cooktop, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator/freezer and blender. All you need to bring is food and condiments.

Is there daily maid service?
No, but mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for a nominal cost with advance notice. The condo will be cleaned just before you arrive and after you leave.

Will I need a car?
Taxis, shuttles, and a local bus make it is possible to get by without a car, but to take full advantage of all the sights that Maui offers, we recommend renting a car.

What about parking?
Each condo has one free assigned space. There are 2 visitor spaces in our lot, available on a first-come first-served short-term basis. You will find your Parking Permit in the condo when you arrive. There is street parking in the residential area just above the condo if you have an additional car.

Here are some suggestions:
-    Whale-watching:  If you come during the winter months, you'll see the humpback whales.
-    Take a walk in Lahaina from the Banyan Tree to the Lahaina Shopping Center. Great dining, shopping, sights along the way.
-    Walk along Kaanapali Beach from the Hyatt to the Royal Lahaina.
-    Old Lahaina Luau (www.oldlahainaluau.com). Considered the best luau by many, right on the beach in Lahaina.
-    Sail to Lanai or go for a sunset sail. Try Trilogy (www.sailtrilogy.com) for pure luxury.
-    Visit Haleakala Volcano.
-    The road to Hana is very long. If you go, leave early and return early to avoid traffic.
-    Visit the small towns of Paia and Makawao - they are on the way to Hana and Haleakala.
-    Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and meet other guests.
-    Just relax and enjoy the beauty of Maui....

What do we do when leaving?
Really not much… Leave used towels and linens in the condo. We would appreciate it if you would take out the trash and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Leave your room keys on the dining table, take one last look at the ocean...and make plans for your next visit.
